It is in the interest of PIACEMOLTO to ensure you are fully satisfied, and we strive to put the utmost care to make your shirts and accessories. If for some reason the garment or product that was sent to you is defective, damaged, or does not conform to your order, PIACEMOLTO will replace it, as specified on this page.


PIACEMOLTO applies the formula MONEY BACK GUARANTEE on all its products to give you the greatest guarantee of service quality and voluntarily renounces to apply article 55 of the L.D.185/99 that unequivocally excludes garments made to measure or plainly customised from the right of returns.

We believe that the care and attention we put into achieving our garments should be enriched by a customer service just as careful and accurate.



We have set up a simple and affordable procedure, to make you enjoy your online shopping experience even if your purchase does not satisfy you fully.

You can return any product purchased in our store within 10 days from delivery date. 


As for the shirts, if a defect in the fabric or in the packaging is identified, please return it and indicate the problem: after having checked the problem, the shirt will be fixed or remade.

We want to take every opportunity to improve and to satisfy our customers.

If, however, you like the shirt and it has no flaws, but for some reason the measurements that you provided us were wrong and the garment does not fit you, we will help you correct the error and get the result you want, granting you a discount on the new purchase.


Here is the return process:

- Ensure that the products are in the same conditions in which you received them, with all labels and/or price tag attached;

- Send a mail to the address, indicating your intention to exercise the right of return or desire to change the product because it is defective or does not conform to the order you sent;

- Prepare the package and attach the pre-printed and prepaid label on the box, which will be sent to the email address indicated in the order;

- In case you request the product to be returned or replaced for lack of conformity, all costs of return shipment shall be borne by PIACEMOLTO;

- In the case of exercise of the right of return and refund without having found any lack of conformity, that is, without requiring replacement of the item, only the sum equal to the item shipping cost will be retained from the reimbursement you receive ; payment of refund will only be made after acceptance of your returned item;


You will receive an email confirmation when we accept your return within 10 working days from the date of delivery to the warehouse.


Please note that we can only refund items returned properly. If your return does not meet the conditions of item integrity, we cannot issue a refund and the package will be returned to you.
